                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CONTRACT WITH 
                   PLANNING ASSOCIATES, INC. TO DESIGN RESTROOM 
                   RENOVATIONS AT WARNER PARK, MONTAGUE PARK, 
                   AND EAST LAKE PARK, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                   EXCEED SEVEN PERCENT (7%) OF THE 
                   CONSTRUCTION COST, PLUS FOUR HUNDRED AND 
                   NO/100 DOLLARS ($400.00) FOR EACH SITE ON 
                   WHICH CONSTRUCTION PLANS NEED TO BE

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized a 
       contract with Planning Associates, Inc. to design restroom 
       renovations at Warner Park, Montague Park, and East Lake Park for 
       an amount not to exceed 7% of the construction cost, plus $400.00 
       for each site on which construction plans need to be prepared.
